Teradata was just in Las Vegas Mandalay Bay convention center. They held the convention from the beginning of October. This was for IT people. There were thousands of goers. One from each company that uses teradata. You can sign up to go next year if your company uses Teradata. There were classrooms, foods, and party. They also got a chance to see the Goo Goo dolls performed. Teradata comes to Las Vegas convention every year. It was a group of professionals. They were not all that nice though. Lance Armstrong was a motivational speaker at this conference. We saw him walked by the hallway. It was a fun and professional crowd from all over the world. I’ve met a lot from London and Japan. They flew all the way in here for a couple of class, I thought it’s not worth it. They could have gotten it off the net. There wasn’t anything that special about the conference. The flight is not necessary.

I was cheated by Cingular Wireless services. They never refund my money. I accidently left my automatic payment on and even when I discontinue the service they still withdraw money from my account for another two months. I noticed one day and called them to get a refund.

I didn’t get a refund. I waited and called back and they say they have no idea what I’m talking about. They did a little research but still they wouldn’t not send me the refund. They would try to find ways to get out of that problem. She finally told me that we’ll credit back to your account but I have not seen anything. They scam me. Their system keep taking money after I turn off my service. What a horrible service. They make too much mistake. They charge me $600 when my phone was stolen and used by someone else. They made me pay this $600 and I had to pay it. I was so frustrated. Oh my gosh. $600 that someone took from me. They had clear evidence that someone else, a guy was using my phone.

I was debating for a long time with the company but they won’t help me out to give me my refund. I was very frustrated and didn’t know what I can do. I just let it go and join another service. I join t-mobile and it has been good for me. I don’t pay automatically anymore because they can accidentally withdraw it from my account.
