Our economy is in its worst shape ever right now. The representatives voted no to the 700 billions dollars rescue plan for the financial industry. We’re in the worst shape ever. Why is this? Is it because of the war in Iraq? The war is sucking the life out of this country. The war has shifted the administration time and money away from the welfare of the country. We are in the worst shape ever. Who are we going to blame it on? Is oil draining our country out of wealth. We are desperately pursuing this oil thing in Iraq. We are an oil deprived country.
Most of our financial institution are failing. Most banks are filing for bankruptcy. Why are we like this? We use to be a very well to do nation. Is Iraq our problem? When will we get back in shape? Not for another three to four years. Where is Bill Clinton when we need him? This is not really going to happen to the US is it. We’re the leader of the world and now we are collapsing. We’re short of money. We’re stuck in the war. We have no oil and we’re overpopulate with too many things and people to support. America really need a good plan.

O.J. Simpson is taking his big hit right now in court. The jury had voted him to be guilty of his robbery for his mementos in Las Vegas. He was also charged for kidnapping with a weapon. It’s sad but O.J. is convicted and he could spend several years to the rest of his life in prison. It’s sad but O.J. is going to jail. The judge did not allowed bail for him. Even though they said that he was just trying to get his things back but it’s illegal to use force on other people with weapons.
People were also saying that everyone is just out there to get O.J. because he got away with murder. They just want to get him. His lawyer was saying that everyone was just out to get him. They got mad that he walked away free from the murder and now they want to get him. They even have recordings of police officers that were making statements about O.J. got away last time but he won’t now. Everyone is waiting for O.J. to be convicted. The world is still watching him. O.J.’s past is haunting him they said.

Don’t make a mistake like me and not file lawsuits. I observed over the years that I have been a victim in many cases and that each of those cases qualified for a lawsuit but I didn’t filed. I regret not filing those lawsuits after learning that I can be well compensated for those cases. I did file one lawsuit against Wall mart for making mistake on my car and caused my car engine to be toss in the garbage.
I guess I didn’t file a lawsuit for all the other cases were because I was uninformed. I didn’t know if I would be compensated or where to go file a lawsuit and I wasn’t sure of winning the case. However, since I sued Wall mart I learned that if an entity have wronged you in any way that you do have a case and you will most likely be compensated for it.
I filed a lawsuit against Wall mart in small claim court and won several thousands for the damage. The money was enough for me to buy another car. I was very well compensated. I was glad that I file this lawsuit because without it I would have no car to drive and need to come up with some money to buy another car when it was completely their fault.
What was wrong with my car after service at Wall mart? I went in for an oil change and the Tech. put on the wrong oil filter size causing it to be loose fit and eventually fell loose. When the filter went loose all of the oil drained out for the entire night and while I was driving and ended up with zero oil in my car. When you have no more oil and you continue to drive the engine would throw a rod. That’s what happened in my case.
What did I do when I found out at Pep boy? I notified Wall mart and want to fix my car for me and they refuse after many weeks of arguing with their lawyer. Their lawyer was doing everything to trick me out of getting my car fix or suing them. The lawyer was trying to trick me into thinking that this is not their fault and that’s its just the car and they try to make me frustrate so I would give up pursuing for my compensation. I was very tire after weeks of pursuing for my compensation. They made me really angry. They refused to fix my car. They try to beat around the bush with me and I have to go to small claim court. I file with small claim court and I won the case. I had all of my paperwork from Pep boy showing how Wall mart tech. made his mistake and causing my engine

The decision for proper placement should be taking into accounts of the law and the individual’s circumstances, history, and safety. The decision maker has to follow all the laws and all the appropiate guidelines in order to properly place a student in a restrictive environment. The process will be fair, justifiable and according to the law. The law recently suggested that disable individuals should be able to be in a regular class. The only time that they need to be excluded into a restrictive environment is if they are harmful to themselves and to other people around them. This being said it’s fair and ethical to take all of the laws and guidelines into account before restricting an individual.
There were many law cases in history between the disable children and the schools. The results suggested that if student do not exhibit any harm to other children in the regular classroom then they should be placed in the regular classroon and not in restriction even if they’re not the best student. It’s still is their right and it’s not up to the decision maker or the family to remove them from the regular classroom and put them in a restrictive place. This should make sense to anyone because restriction is like a jail. People should only be there if they have proved that they can only be safe in those types of environment. This is also true with restriction in any case and that is restriction only happen when the individual has proved to be a harm to the public or to themselves. This kind of ruling is similarly used with policer officers or the hospitals when it comes to restraining the patients. Examining that idea we can agree that it’s fair and justifiable.

Experience will surpassed knowlege in any field. Experience is useful like gasoline for you car, without it you can’t go anywhere. Political experience is one of the best qualification for a presidential canditate. Even at your job, experience will be the vital thing that makes you successful. There is nothing like an experienced doctor who knows exactly what he’s doing. Would you choose a recent graduate to operate on your eyes or a really experienced one that have worked on thousands of eyes already and have made all the mistakes he needs already on the patients that chose him as a recent graduate. Presidential candidate is one of the most important figure that will rule America so we can’t ignore the fact that experience will count every second of the way.
There is nothing like an experienced person in any giving situation. You would choose an experienced manager to manage you million dollar business right not the one that just graduate. As far as I’m concern on every job position listed are the major years of experience required and it’s anywhere from 2-6 years the least for a 50k salary job. The president is a million dollar potential employee so we have to require them to be an experienced individual. Experience is very significant to the election. An unexperienced president won’t know exactly what to do. If we were to be attack by terrorists again, an experienced president would know exactly what to do while a new one will sit there and ask their advisors what to do. I think in the case of America political system that we shouldn’t worry about the president much because it look like most of the work is done by the congress and the house representatives. Like it or not we have a check and balance system in the white house and the Congress and the Judicial branch have equal power as the president. So we should take a closer look at the other two branch when concerning with American future.
You should know that Congress can impeach the president any time and so we don’t have to be afraid that an evil president will turn us brown. The Congress by far is very powerful too. They can veto a president veto. They can determine to wage war by themselves without the president permission. The Congress make all the laws and write all teh laws not the president. The president job is like a babysiter job, making sure that the baby is doing the right thing. The president will only play one role in the white house not all the role.

Bush-Cheney legacy will be remembered as protectors from terrorism. They wage war with Iraq to stop all the thoughts of future terrorists attack. Bush did the right thing to protect America because if he didn’t pursue the war, I might not be here today to write this article. It seem to me that the terrorists were very determined and consistent with their attack. 9/11 was one of the saddest moment in history for the people of America because we were caught offguarded. This teaches us that the next president will have to keep a good eye on our country safety for sure. The next president will have to watch out for terrorisms on a daily basis. It’s scary to even think of any possible attack. It seems like the terrorists are more angry than ever because we went to war with their country. Revenge is sure on their mind.
Because of the war in Iraq and intense homeland security methods that we are able to maintain in our safety zone. If little was done by the GWB’s administration, I would feel that most of the US would be destroyed by those bombers already. It’s scary but I think the terrorists don’t mind destroying us all with the plan that they did on 9/11 and they do viciously as a suicide mission. I think that the terrorists are lethal and that they still haven’t given up on their notion of destroying the US. I think that for the rest of human kind time we will always have to keep an eye out for terrorists.

The emotional impact of 9/11 is not as strong now as it was seven years ago. Time will heal all wounds. Time makes us forget about things. Out of sight is out of mind. These old sayings are true. The longer the time has passed since the event, the less it will effect people. This is true if you ask yourself about your last tragedy and how long has it passed and how do you feel about it now. The more time passed the less it will effect you emotionally even though you will think about it once in awhile and your defends will remain somewhat the same. The media also helps people out a lot when it comes to emotional feelings about certain events. The media has not cover this topic very much since time lapsed. The media plays a very potent role in making people react.
If you walk on the street you won’t see or hear people raising the 9/11 issues any more, not as much as it was seven years ago when you walk down the street and see signs of ” let’s not forget 9/11,” in the front yard of your neighbors. I use to see those signs all around. I use to see stickers on the bumper of cars but I guess people have toss them since it’s a long time now. Maybe people didn’t toss them but the rain and storm throughout the seven years have washed them away.
If you turn on the TV, reporters are not discussing the issues of 9/11 anymore, they are talking about Paris Hilton more than ever. It seems like Americans are more obsess with party girl Paris Hilton than bringing their economy back. What has America becomes? No wonder why the terrorists are able to caught us offguard because we obviously have better things to worry about.
The war of Iraq is being discussed frequently on the News and it bring back memories of why we are waging war but people are not as angry about 9/11 as they are angry that soldiers are dying too much in Iraq. People are not that emotional about it but they are definitely mindful about 9/11. The average citizens are more concern about the 9/11 attack of their monthly bills than any other 9/11. People in the homeland security office are the ones that worry the most about this issues.

This city is full of cops on every single street corner waiting for your slightest move. My brother was beaten here and almost killed by them. My brother was a little bit slow in the mental department.
I’m writting this so you’ll look out for the cop when you’re in this city. Everyhing I say here did happened to my brother. I also go there often and saw lots of cops around pulling people over.
What happened was that my brother was down on the regular street and I guess he was on the wrong local street or something like that in the night time because he just got off the freeway to go to the bathroom. He was trying to drive to Vegas. The cop tried to stop him and my brother was really scare and try to turn another way. Well, my brother has some problems and he is a kid and he’s afraid of cops because when he was younger , he had to deal with them because he had some mental problems.
They were curious and had to stopped him. They hit his car in front of my brother’s car so my brother would stop. My brother was pepper spray and tackled to the floor. My brother had bleeding scar from their tackles. They threw my brother in jail for 6 months because my brother didn’t know how to response to them and try to go when they want him stopped. Well he’s a little slow in the mental department. My brother sat in the back of the car and they told each other ” why don’t we just shoot him”. How would you feel if they say this about your slow child? They want to shoot someone who is a kid and was slow and didn’t do anything harmful. How would you feel? I still hate cops because they’re sloppy in their work and killed innocent people all the time like you have heard it yourself.

Gas price is high everywhere else but not in Vegas. The price here is lower than anywhere else in the country. Everywhere else is around $5-6 and here it’s $3.80. This is one good thing about Vegas. We also don’t need to drive very far in Vegas because the whole state is very small and you can see it all with an eye.
The economy is good and the gas price is low and housing is low; these are the good things about Vegas. It looks like gas price will never climb down again. We are so low on oil and oil is what we need to make petroleum. Hopefully there will be a resolution to all this problem once the war is settled down.
