How to save money with gasoline price

The gas problem won’t go away for another couple of years and you have to do a few things to help out with the gas scarcity and the money you spend on gas. We should make an extra effort to fix this problem. The majority of us know about it but don’t do a lot to help out ourselves or the economy as a whole. You should make some changes with your car and your driving patterns.

The first thing that you can do is to change to a smaller car if you have one and use it every single day and especially on long trips. You can also change to an electric car too if you have one. If you can afford to buy or trade in for a smaller car then you should do that because the gas won’t be going down any time soon. You can empty out your car if you have a chunk load of things that you don’t use. You can tune up your car so that it has good gas mileage. You should not drive too old of a car because it sucks up a lot of gas. You should definitely get rid of your SUVs or Van. It sucks up like $20-30 a day, you can continue if you can afford it. You shouldn’t drive around all day if you don’t have a place in mind. The whole country needs your help to preserve gas too. It’ll really help out if everyone is cutting back a little bit.

How to feed a 2 day old puppy

You can only feed a 2 day old puppy with their mom’s milk and supplemental milk that is in pet store. You can’t give it water.

Step2You need to put the milk in the bottle and feed the puppy. Feed the puppy in an upright position so that the baby don’t aspirate. Do not give it water.

Step3Switch between bottle milk and mom’s milk. Rotate around. Let the puppy suck out the milk but don’t force the milk in their mouth.

How to get rid of carpet problems

Carpet is a major concern for people because they have to keep cleaning it and they have to becareful not to stain it and it’s a pain. You don’t have to worry about that problem. All you need to do is change your floor to a wooden floor or a cement floor and you’re done. No more worry about carpet stains. I’ve just changed my house to a wooden and cement floor and it’s perfectly clean and looks good.

Step2

You need to scrape your old carpet out and get rid of it. You then would buy wooden or cement pieces and replace it. It can be thousands though. But if you’re ready to make the change then that’s what you need to do. You won’t have to clean your carpet ever again. I’ve pretty happy with the look and feel of my wooden floor.

Step3

Wooden pieces are about 7 inches wide and you have to be gluing hundreds of these pieces to cover your entire floor. It can take some time but you can also get help from your family. After you’re done you’ll be happy with the results.

How to have more energy for sports endurance

Carbohydate loading is a process uses by professional athletes to increase their energy reserves and performance ability. This is a great process for anyone that is trying to acheive full capacity during a 90 minutes competition. It would make sense that you would lose a lot of energy over a 90 minutes intense competition like in the olympics. You can feel very down if you don’t have as much sugar reserve in this long of a race. A week before the competition, athletes would start the process of carbohydrate loading.

Before the day of the competition, they would eat high carbohydrate food like pastas in order to have a lot of carbs reserve for their long competition. Carbohydrate like bagels, pasta and rice seem to have a longer reserve time and therefore is a good group to eat for longer reservation. The process is like emptying your computer battery and recharching it again because it will hold more power the second time you charge it. This is the same as the recharging of the cell phone. This is an analogy to make it easier to understand.

This method is also good if you don’t want to feel hungry all the time if you have to attend a long session of anything. I use to see a lot of doctors eating tons of bagel and now I see why they would do that. So in order to acheive the carbohydrate loading, you would need to empty your carbohydrate reserve by not eating or something like that and then eat pasta the night before the competition so that you can have more carbohydrate reserves so that you’ll still have energy after the 90 minutes race.

Some intense sports require this kind of loading such as marathon and triathlon. In sports it’s called caboo-loading as a jargon. Nowaday most athletes would use the without depletion part of caboo loading. This when they would not start out to deplete their body of carbs but rather than just increasing 70% of carbs intake and decrease training three days prior to the events. Coaches recommend this approach nowaday and so many athletes follow the non deplete method.

There is also another method called the short workout. Before the day of the race athelete would have a normal diet with light training. On the day before the race, the athelete would do a very short and intense workout like a few minutes of sprinting and eat 12grm of carb per kg of lean mass over the next 24hours. This way they can ensure 90% of glycogen storage

Are dogs supposed to be inside?

Dogs should be indoor pets according to my experiences with dogs. I say this because I love my dogs too much to let them roll out on the dirty, cold, harsh weather of outdoor. I don’t like to see my dog live in that condition and that they will also be very lonely. My dogs were like my children, I couldn’t distinct a thing from the dogs and a human being. If anything the dogs give me millions of laughters more than a human being does. My dogs always bring me happiness and never a headache. This is why I’m a dogs lover and chose to raise dogs instead of children. This is how much I adore dogs and I know most people adore their dogs too and they would keep them inside if they didn’t crap all over the place, chew up the furniture and be a major hazard to the safety of everything in the house. Dogs can be dangerous inside by themselves with no supervision. I think that dogs should be kept inside when there is supervision. When you’re not home you should tie them to something if you’re going to keep them inside so that they don’t create a fire or ruin all of your glass collectibles.

My pets were great inside, although I learned that they are hyper and they can destroy a lot of your things if you leave them unattended. I only keep them inside if I can supervise them. It can be dangerous if you leave them inside without tying the lease, they can create a fire or a major hazard to your safety.

I prefer my dogs to be inside because they won’t get as dirty and hot or cold from the outdoor weather. Dogs are just like human, they need to live in a comfortable settings with companions. Dogs get more lonely than people do. They need your love and attention more than you think. Your dogs will be smarter and more receptive to people if you treat them like a person. They will feel more confident next time they’re with people. Dogs that are kept outside all the time do not respond well to people. They are a stranger to people and can even attack people. They won’t come and play with people. They won’t be people friendly.

Pets how to bathe them

I use to be a dog owner. I owned three dogs, a chihuahua, pitbull, and a dalmation. They were one boy and two girls. I had a great time with all of my dogs. I also owned a turtle and a rabbit. I think that you should bathe your dogs every single day because dogs can harvest a lot of germs on their furs and every other kinds of creatures like fleas. The germs on your dogs can be pass on to you and make you sick. If you have children, the germs on your dogs can make your children sick too. If you have a medical illness, it’s best that you don’t have dogs at all because you can get more sick with the dogs harvesting so much germs around you. You should get rid of the dogs. Plants and pets are not good things to have inside your house if you are ill. Especially if you have a wound or an open sulture of some kind, if you are allergic to most things.

You should take the time to bathe your dogs everysingle day because it can help your dogs to feel better and sleep better but it will also make you less susceptible to getting the germs from the dogs. Some germs are very lethal and there’s no limit to what they can do to you. Dogs just like human will feel better and sleep better once they have been bathe. Just like a little baby who can sleep better when you bathe it. Have you had days where you haven’t shower, and how do you feel afterward? Do you sleep well? Do you feel itchy? Everyone need showering. You have to do it every single day. Treat your dog if you would a child. There is not much of the difference between the two. If you follow this simple rule of treating your dog like a human being then your dog will experience less problems. Feed your dog like you feed a child, with appropiate cleanliness and nutrition.

How to heal injury

If you have an injury currently then you should stop exercising until you have recovered because furthering will make your injury worst. If you have a fracture and you continue to workout you can end up breaking the entire bone instead of just a fracture. You should take you injury seriously and stop exercising immediately. Things that you can do prevent future injury are to stretch, warm up and wear the right shoes at all time. If you fail to stretch, warm up and wear the wrong shoes, you will most likely end up with an injury. This is similar to driving a car without proper fluid level and good tires, something will go wrong.

If you have ever taken an exercising class before, the instructor always teaches you to stretch, warm up and wear the right shoes before you get to work out. Any good instructor will teach you this; however, some people don’t do all of the following and thus resulting in injury. I have seen people running with slippers. How can you run with a pair of slippers with no sole support? I’ve seen some people work out without stretching and warming up, this will sure to cause you great injury.

Whatever injury that you have, you have to get it repair before you continue to work out. This is serious if you still want to ever work out again. If it doesn’t heal on its own, then you should visit your doctor and get it fix. You should follow the regimen giving by your doctor to ensure faster result. You should also take any medication properly giving by your doctor.
The good news is that most minor injury can heal on its own. You just need to give it sometimes. Most minor injury can heal within 1 week to 1 month. During the healing time, you should not work out at all. Everyone has different kinds of injury, but I’m guessing that the most common injury is muscle sore or fractures. These two injuries occurred because people don’t stretch and warm up enough. They do the wrong kind of exercise with the wrong types of movement and thus their body can’t articulate. They put too much stress on their body in one day. They try to do move that they are not ready for or don’t know how to do it correctly. They don’t wear the right kind of shoes. They don’t use the right body mechanic. They use too much weight. There could be so much more reasons but the idea is that most people did something wrong and that caused them injury.

What they can do is learn from their mistake and not do these kinds of things again. Some people are not aware of how much stress they put on their body with certain kinds of exercise or sports. Some people don’t know their anatomy well and thus they twist their body at the wrong angle and that could cause a fracture. People break their back dancing sometimes because they bend their back or other body parts in a way that their body can’t articulate and thus the injury.

Injury like a muscle sore can go away if you stretch it out for a couple of days. If you have pain on your body part, you can try putting a cold ice pack or a hot towel to relieve your pain. You can take Tylenol or Motrin to reduce your pain. You can take benadryl to reduce swellings. If you got a fracture then you can stop working out and let it heal within a month. If you have worse injury then you need to consult with your doctor.

Why mapquest is bad sometimes

If you’re traveling to a new places, most likely you will need to use some sorts of maps whether it be the Thomas’s guide, Yahoo’s map online, google, or map quest. I don’t reccomend you trying to find the place by guessing because as I have learned it from experience that you can get lost for hours and you will be very frustrated. Even trying to meet someone in your neighborhood you should find the direction exactly because you will be wasting a lot of time and energy trying to guess where it is. You think you know where you’re going but most of the time you will get lost.

I don’t know anyone that would try to second guess the direction to a destination they haven’t been before. You will definitely get lost as I have before. I think I am confident but I always turn out to get lost somehow. It took me hours to figure my way around. When you’re lost on the road you won’t get a second chance to get really good directions unless you can call someone and have them look at up for you. It’s rare that you can call someone who is free to do that. I suggest you put a Thomas Guide map in your car for all occasion. Most cellular phones can give you directions if it has internet.

Cell phones can be slow and unreliable though. Before you make any new trip you have to up direction exactly and print it out or write it down clearly so you don’t get lost. I use to work with a co-worker that get lost to each and everyone of her assignments because she doesn’t uses the map very well. The job requires traveling to a new location every single day and she would risk it by not using the map. It’s not smart according to me. She would get send home from work every single time. She ended up begging the employer to keep her every single time. She didn’t need to risk that much. All she had to do was go on mapquest or yahoo or google and write down all of her direction.

For some reason people don’t do what really need to be done. If you don’t know the address to where you’re going, you can search the business name and then obtain the address. After that you can use the address to use in on Yahoo or Google or Mapquest. You can even search for a business address at yahoo. Yahoo is good but sometimes they gives you really long direction or the wrong direction. You have to be careful what you type in or else it will give you a very long or wrong address. One time I put in an address kind of wrong it gave me direction that was in another state.

I have had many wrong direction from Yahoo and Google because the map is not 100% perfect. You need to do the final check and check for accuracy and see if it makes sense as to how long it will take you to get there. Google is a good map quest too. Map quest can be good too but it’s kind of slow and redundant. I like Yahoo map the best because I get around very good with Yahoo map.

Halloween: Paint your body

Don’t buy a costume this Halloween, make one. There are so many benefits to making one. You will have fun, use your artistical skills and save some bucks. There are so many things in your closet that you can use already. Look at it again. The hottest trend is to paint your body and wear minimum clothing like a short and a bikini top for girls. For guys you can just go topless. You can paint any style you preferred. You can paint it like you’re a sealion, dalmation, batman, joker, the hulk and anything else you can think of.

You can also use fabrics and any other accessories to make what you like. You can cut out black and white fabrics to make ghost, ninja, witch and a cape. You don’t have to buy these. You can buy the fabric any local fabric store or Wallmart or online. You can use some of your dresses like prom dress to be a princess or a prom queen , just add a crown. There’re endless ideas. Don’t be afraid to be creative.
