The best kind of workout is cardio. Why cardio? Well, when you work your heart , it pumps blood throughout the rest of your body and it increases circulation and everything else. This is a great thing about it. You can always use more blood circulation. The problem with most of the diseases are that you don’t get enough blood circulation. I find this kind of workout rewarding. I love it. You can lift weight but cardio will increase your blood circulation and thus your overall circulation and circulation is everything. The more and easy the blood is flowing the better your health will be in.
You will have more oxygen circulating into your brain and this is the place that can always use better perfusion. I think you can even elongate your life with cardio workout because you will help revitalize your heart and your major bodily organs and thus you have gain more youth and strength and this is something that we all want. I think that if you take care of your health, you will do a great job.
