Drinks to avoid this holiday if you’re a diabetics
There will be plenty of sugary drinks this holiday that could ruin your health. It’s hard not to run into those drinks over the holiday. What you can do is replace those drinks with those that are more healthy. You can try drinking tea, water, low sugar real juice drinks and even some wine because it doesn’t have that much sugar in it.
You may not realized it but there are lots of sugar in each sugary drinks. You don’t see it but it’s there. You have to stay away from them if you don’t want your sugar to rise. Eggnogs are not good to drink either because there ’s too much sugary content in the drinks. As long as you stay away from the sugary content you should be fine. You should try to bring a bottle of water along to drink in case you’re thirsty so that you don’t reach for sugary drinks. It’s easy to be tempted and drinks sugary stuff when you don’t have water lying around. The holiday has so much sugary stuff and you just have to be careful not to drink it. Most of the foods around the holiday is sugary foods and high in fats. I suggest you stay away from it. You can eat at home before you head out to a party so that you don’t have to eat whatever that you see because most of the food will be very high in fats.
