Women often have to deal with pms. It’s premenstrual cycle and this is when we have our period. We get tire and depressed and angry at other people. You tend to attack anybody that is near you or make you irritable. You can learn to help it by working out, drinking fluid and taking over the counter medication.
Get plenty of rest and take tylenol and over the counter medication for pain relieve. Usually motrin and tylenol will really help you out during your period. It can relieve your pain and headache. You can go the gym or take a walk or run around. Working out will also reduce your hormone level and thus your tiredness and mood. Doing ab workout will also help alleviate your problems. Abs workout reduces the hormone, pain or fluid around the area to eliminate your pain. You’re having blood and hormone around your reproductive area and this is the area that you need to reduce your pain at. Get plenty of rest and you have to replace the fluid that you’re missing.
