You will often experienced indigestion and bloating after eating because the body sometimes is not that great in digesting everything at once. They are slow sometimes. You have to give it some helps sometimes. What you can do is to eat differently. This means eating more blands and fluid foods instead of solids. Fluid and blands are easier to digest by the stomach. Eat plenty of soup. For example if you throw a cup of fluid into the blender you won’t need to blend as much because it’s already broken up but if you throw in a piece of solid meat, it’ll take a longer time to break it up. The same goes with your stomach. Your stomach is like a blender. It’ll work better with fluids and bland and soft foods. Especially if you’re sick or that you’re old you can get rid of that problems.

You can chop all of your solid foods into thin pieces before you actually eat them. You have to chew it up pretty good before you swallow it. This will really help you to digest it better. So don’t eat a big full meal with all solids. Eat smaller meals and more meals than three big ones. Drink plenty of fluid with foods. drink hot water. Drink green tea because it really helps with digestion. Walk after you eat so that the food will get a chance to move around and be processed.
