Why some work place should be avoided
I wasted my money and time at this one employer that is in the food industry. I was applying to be a server. I got hired because this is a temp agency and they would take anyone. I was told to spend on my own uniform and it cost me at least $100. This manager at the place is one of the worst I’ve ever experience in terms of everything. The owner is all the way in another state. I feel sorry for business owners like this one. They’re in another state and their employees is running the worst game in their business. These really horrible managers are making employees lives miserable.
Thank God I haven’t even work one day here. I would never waste a second working for this manager. I thought that this world is getting better in terms of discrimination but I guess not. It’s as worst as ever in this little place that I went into. I’m sorry that I did. I can’t believe that employers would hire someone like this to run their business. I got there for my orientation and one of the new hire was jumping all over the place. She thinks she is something. She mad dog me the entire time and the manager was laughing at me because this new hire was mad dogging me. What kind of manager that promote this kind of attitude. I have never experience anything like this before. Good God that I haven’t. I’m so lucky to made up my mind to find work somewhere else. This new hire was jealous that I was young and get to work there too. She was very jealous that I even get to work. I guess she is very poor with a baby and she doesn’t have any money. She was jumping up and down saying how she needs to work. I feel sorry for people like this. Why do they allow themselves to be just like homeless. Running around looking so ghetto. The world still has not progress that much as evidence in the manager and this new hire. It’s ashame to the human race that discrimination and attacks still happen like this in the work place. This happened in Vegas. Can you believe it? Well, Vegas is a very scandalous place with many things that will horrified you. I urge people to never try to get jobs at little places like this that represent the worst side of human. I hope you would find a place that would uplift you instead of talking you down. I’m sure you all have run into situation like this before.
